In this recipe, I have shared an easy method to make satvik chutneys without onion and garlic. Prepare them once and use them to make every chaat and snack taste extra special.

Aaj mai share kar rahi hoon 2 kg besan se 190 bite-size besan laddoo ki bilkul easy aur tested recipe — perfect for party, bulk order, festival, prasad ya family gathering.
Is recipe mein maine 2 kg besan ko 1 kg ghee mein dhimi aanch par dhyan se bhuna hai, aur kyunki quantity zyada thi, maine ise 1-1 kg karke do baar roast kiya taaki roasting bilkul evenly ho.
Besan thanda hone ke baad maine milaya:
✔ 1 kg 250 gm powdered sugar
✔ 2 tbsp powdered choti ilaichi
Aap chahein to bhura ya khand bhi use kar sakte hain, lekin powdered sugar se recipe bahut easy aur smooth banti hai.
⚠️ Important Tip: Besan bilkul thanda hona chahiye, warna sugar melt hokar laddoo hard ho sakte hain.
Phir apni pasand ke size ke laddoo banaiye aur decorate kariye kesar aur powdered ilaichi se.
✨ Result: Bilkul soft, muh mein ghulne wale halwai style besan laddoo.
Yeh recipe maine ek party ke liye specially banayi hai.
